i-Claim service agreement

1. A claim report must be filed by a driver or an insured only.
2. For comprehensive motor insurance only.
3. This is available only in cases where the insured car is not at fault and a liability evidence has been provided by another party to the accident and/or the case where the insured car is at fault in a single vehicle accident.
4. The following claim filing requirements shall apply:
   1. Each claim report may contain up to 6 claim items and 4 accident descriptions.
   2. The claim report date must be at least 15 days in advance of the insurance policy expiry date.
   3. After receiving a claim document, a repair under the said claim must be completed before a new claim can be filed via this system again.
5. The Company reserves the right to reconsider or change the deductible amount if it is later found that the damages reported are different from the reported descriptions.
6. The claim report must be truthful. Otherwise, the Company may refuse to provide protection and nullify this report. Such report shall not be imputed against the Company.
